An intense snow year in the Southwest meant we didnt have to worry much about dried up water sources or long water carries, and we got to see a massive super bloom in the Sonoran Desert. Sometimes the river crossings on the Timberline are very tame and other times theyre challenging. There are six large river crossings and dozens of walkover creeks on the Timberline Trail.
