The units will be delivered early next year. So there's there's there's pluses and negatives, but the residents feel like that's the best way to go and we empower them to make their own decisions. The family received a letter from Bends code enforcement division giving them 10 days to move out of their tiny, 32-foot-long house, which is considered illegal under Bend code. And, and then we in about 20 2017, we wanted to bring our model to a rural area in Oregon, and found a group called the cottage village coalition down in Cottage Grove, Oregon, and found a site down there, Meyer Memorial Trust, gave us a grant, I purchased this at about a little bit over one acre, where we could build 13 Tiny Homes and a community center down there. So house and grounds, you know, they manage anything from gardening to small repairs that need to happen, things like that. Lakeview. The house designs incorporate a new and innovative building code specific to tiny homes, which was recently adopted into the Oregon Residential Specialty Code. Yeah.
